The following list is sorted by the number of times each group of names occurred in the data. I have grouped clearly related names. Diminutives are found ending in -(l)inus, -ctus, -uccius, and -ellus. A variety of spelling variants are found, some resulting from varying degrees of Latinization. Only names used by at least two men (including spelling variants) are listed here; the alphabetical list includes all men's names.
For each group of names, I have listed the most common form first, and given alternate forms in an indented list. Next to the most common form, the frequency for all names in that group is given first, followed by the number of times that particular spelling occurred.
These names are remarkably diverse. The most common name accounts for only 4% of individuals. The top five names account for 17.2% of individuals; the top ten names for 28.7%. To compare, in England at roughly the same time (Nicolaa de Bracton, "Anglo-Norman Names"), the top ten names accounted for about 62% of individuals. In the 1427 Catasto of Florence (Ferrante la Volpe Italian Names from Florence, 1427), the top ten names accounted for 44.7% of men.
Theoretical translations are marked to the side; those that are unmarked are found in Ferrante la Volpe, "Italian Names from Florence, 1427." Those marked with a cross are found in Arval Benicouer and Talan Gwynek, "Fourteenth Century Venetian Names," and those forms marked with an asterisk are reconstructions not documented to period.
