This also doubles as the list of all the full names taken from Ragauskaitė. The names have been sorted by the English-language form of the place name, and then by alphabetical order of the locative.

Lithuanian locative suffixes, modernly spelled as –iškis (masculine) and –iškė (feminine), appear in various spellings as –iskis and –iska respectively (indicating a current place of residence (Razmukaitė, 2005)), when the expected Polish forms (to generalise broadly) would be –ski and –ska. Similarly, the Lithuanian masculine suffixes, -ininkas, -ietis (both equivalent to English "place name"-er or "place name"-ian (Dudas, 1972)), and -ėnas (literally son of "place name" (Schmalstieg, 1982)) make an appearance. Ragauskaitė has provided reconstructed forms of these bynames in modern Lithuanian, which I have included below. In the case of Polish, German, and Latin records, it not always clear in what language the extracted name was originally recorded.

There are also names using the Polish prepositions "ʒ" (modern Polish z "originating from, of"), "ot" (modern Polish od "from").
